It was a little confusing trying to find the items I was looking for. Eventually I was able to put my items into the cart. Once I did that then it got easier and the discount came off and the order went through.

When checking out as a guest, all info requested was supplied.Toward the end of checking out, was advised that i was agreeing to Chamonix's Privacy agreement, After taking the time to read ALL of it, all previously entered personal info was gone! All had to be entered a 2nd time.-Not pleasant! However, on a more positive note, the Labor Day Sale IS appreciated.

There was some kind of glitch when clicking on some of the products. The description did not load at all, and only part of the Add to Cart was visable, but I was still able to add the item to the cart and place the order.

Little difficulty in comparing.

For the most part went well however, I was trying to find out about special I heard on radio by 2 get 2 free but no one ever responded to email to answer question. They repeated what offer was and said to live chat on website but I could not find that option.

The promo code wouldn’t stick so I had to keep removing and adding the item I wished to buy, by the third add I was able to use promo code

Tried to call the customer service number for questions about product. Waited 20 minutes, hung up. Ordered anyway.
