I’ve been using the products especially the immediate effects for quite a while since I have pretty bad bags under my eyes. I’m not really seeing the difference in these but the products do you feel good on my skin. I’m hoping to try their next level of Formula For under eye bags and puffiness.

Website was not easy to navigate through. It’s been 6 days and I have yet to receive an email confirming my order or shipping information. The promotional emails are coming through just fine. IF I ever receive the product and if I like it, I may not reorder because of those issues. Stress causes wrinkles and so far this is an expensive stressful process.

To be honest, after making an online order, I realized I needed to use a faster shipping than the free shipping, called customer service (it was a weekend, Sunday I'm pretty sure) and the young man told me he could not modify my order. He said he would leave a note for someone to call on Monday to make the change. No one called. So I just let it go. I may not get the order when I like, but that's life. I have not tried the products, so I have no input on them.

I could not make the order go through so left it for a while until I got your reminder. I tried it again and it worked. Black Friday problem? I was not sure that free shipping was included to Canada until the order went through. It looks like it is. Please let us know before the order button is pushed. Will my order in two months be the same. I would like to make the reoccurring order every 3 months instead if shipping is included. I will call to confirm this. Thanks.

The website makes it challenging to finish the purchase. I tried to recreate a password and never got an email. When you click on a “button”, there is a significant delay before the site gets you to the new screen. I lost the screen when I tried to go back to add something.
