I heard a radio ad about the product and part of the AD specified that the day I heard the ad was the last day to order for guaranteed delivery by Christmas. I ordered this product expecting delivery before Christmas. I wanted to give this as a gift for my wife. At the time I placed the order arrival time was project as the 21st so how can I give a good review of the product when I did not get it it on time.

My Amex was charged three (3) times for an order that was $ 300+. I am waiting patiently to see if the extra two (2) charges are removed. Other than that, things were fine but that is a major flaw in the system...

Do not give this company your credit card info. They will start charging you for orders whether you request them or not. They will not tell you until they ship, and then tell you that you can't get a refund.

My payment method declined for security purposes and when I contacted customer service with my order number to pay for it, they told me to place the order again. That was not helpful at all. I just cancelled the order.

I have not received my product yet. I didn't even receive an email letting me know if it's been shipped. It's been over 10 days too. So far not impressed with the communication given once order has been placed. Hope the product is well worth the wait time in limbo

The end of season sale info came to me on a postcard in the mail. It had a promo code given. It said Buy 2 Get 2 FREE. Went online to order, bue the promo code "didn't exist!" ; also the sale pricing was Buy 1, Get 1 50% off. Weird. Very disappointed in the false advertising. Still bought 2 products I wanted/needed. But did not buy 4 products.
