I like using Charmonix . Kind of expensive, but a quality product that gives results.

I think we as customers should be able to order our orders on the phone like other markets do!! I had placed an order with y’all last Monday, beginning of March, with the buy 2 get one free, I finally got someone on the phone, I placed my order with her, it was an order of $300 dollars with 2 free!! I NEVER got a conf number & I NEVER got my order!! I called so many times, couldn’t get ahold of anyone, so I finally went online & ordered a smaller order with YALL!! I think it’s time you get back on the phones!!!!

Long wait time to reach representative. Understandable, I suppose, given situation. Went online and placed order quickly. Now I will be waiting to see. If delivery happens within 5 - 7 days as advertised.

Just because I ordered from you does not mean I should get daily sales phone calls from Chamonix.

I really like your Genucel for eyes & bags; it works well; but wish it wasn’t so expensive. I got a sale on 2 of them; but all your products are much pricier than competitors.
