Was totally unable to get a password…
Was totally unable to get a password after several attempts. If I order again I will order without one.

The ordering experience was ridiculous
The ordering experience was ridiculous. I got numerous error messages stating that some information was incomplete, when it wasn't. After logging out, I received email confirmation of my order. This makes no sense. I consider myself lucky that I didn't end up inadvertently placing multiple orders due to the multiple, seemingly failed, attempts.
