My order was a gift for my wife. When I sent in my order, I entered a note in the "Note" section asking for an unmarked package. My package came fully marked with CHAMONIX all over the box. So thanks for ruining the surprise.

I placed my order on a Tuesday evening. I paid for overnight shipping expecting to have my product by Thursday or Friday at the latest. As of Sunday afternoon, the package still hasn’t come. I have requested a refund for the overnight shipping and will be returning the product, if I ever receive it

Web site is no good. Can’t buy what you want. Not that hard to make it simple for the consumer. Do you know how many customers you are losing? Fix it

I checked out through PayPal and was distressed to see that I have been charged for products previously placed into my save for later. Of course no one answers customer service line.

Ordered morning of 12-18-2020. Per Snail Mail tracking system package is still setting in your shop 12-23-2020. And I paid $$$ for over night service thinking it would ship using a true shipping company with system of shipping that is reliable!! Not good. Don’t offer or promise things you can not deliver!! Finally arrived 01-04-2021!!
