I was frustrated that I couldn't use the coupon code you sent me in the mail. And I found it strange that I had to enter Change to put in my billing info as I had not placed an order online before. But, I did find the products I needed easily, and I really appreciated that! Love your products!

I love your products, but hated ordering on line. The wait on the phone was outrageous, so I had no alternative. Most of your sales people don't work from an office any way, so it should be possible for you to keep those people employed. Every other company I deal with has done so.

I had a hard time finding the cellulite products. I did like the promotion products and the price, I just wish the cellulite products would've been one offered too!
