Email telling me I had stuff in my cart, but after logging in it was empty. I also don't appreciate the numerous calls, voicemails, and emails about my cart items when in fact there was nothing in there.

I didn't experience the result that I have heard and read about as to the wrinkles, puff bags going away.

I wanted to get the 40% discount as outlined in an email promotion. I didn't get it for the bogo 50% off. The system came back and stated the discount was applied but it wasn't when I checked out. I also wanted to purchase the large package but didn't want the auto ship.

I have been a Chamonix client for YEARS and had the hardest time ordering today. Due to some privacy thing, I had to make a new account and had to try several times before it finally worked. I kept getting the message "you must fill out all fields" -- ALL the fields WERE filled out! It was extremely frustrating and I almost gave up. But I love Esotique with Retinol so much, I had to keep trying.

Trouble checking out

It took forever to complete the order. I was told to complete all fields. They were all completed. I finally decided to cancel order then retry. It was not user friendly.
