Product arrived warm
Product arrived warm. Received enough product for 24 doses. There are 26 weeks in 6 mos. The math isn't working.

Regarding the medication arriving warm, the medication remains stable during transit under normal shipping conditions, even if the ice packs have thawed by the time it arrives. As for the quantity, our treatment plans are based on 28-day cycles (4 weeks), not calendar months. A 6-month prescription consists of six 28-day treatment periods, which is why the quantity prescribed is calculated based on those cycles. The GLP1 pills you sent have done nothing. So I figure you’re sending out sugar pills instead.

Customer service is great !
I started with one medication that was not working properly for me I proceed to request a cancellation and the customer service team was excellent they offered a subscription change that seems to be working much better so far. They were attentive and promptly provided assistance. Delivery was also fast. I am very grateful for the help !
