Every step is easy. Web site, ordering, paying, shipping was a breeze. Customer service keeps you informed during the process. They should be more up front when ordering the tablets. If you buy the year you only receive 336 not 365. I ordered 3 month subscription and received 84 tablets not 90. They do disclose somewhwthat the script is 28 tablets per month.
