Having had UTIs in the past I already knew my symptoms were just that....a UTI....and with COVID it's so hard trying to get appointments with doctors so I thought I would give TeleMed thru BetterMed a try. I filled out the request online and within a few minutes I received a call from a nurse just to verify my info....that was at 12:45pm. At the end of that call she asked when did I want my appointment to which I replied, ASAP...how about 1:10pm she asked? I was like..in 15 min? She said yes....and I was like....YES!!!! So by 1:20 I had spoken with doctor/PA and prescription was called in. Not always a fan of Telemed but this saved me from an uncomfortable ride to and wait at the doctors office. Kudos to BetterMed

I was traveling for work and needed to be seen for a health concern. I was able to schedule a time online. Upon arriving to the clinic, I had my phone check in. Maybe waited 5 minutes in my car before being called back. The nurse was friendly. The provider was friendly and quick. Overall, an enjoyable experience for a doctors visit.

Whenever we have needed BetterMed urgent care, they are always available to help. The PAs and nurses who perform the tests and the doctors who speak about the results are all very professional and knowledgeable.
