I have usually given 5 stars to BetterMed in the past, but my most recent visit, a scheduled appointment, doesn't rate that. I was kept on hold for 14 1/2 minutes, waiting for someone to question me before I was allowed in the building. I believe new front office procedures are called for.

I was told that I was having a test for kidney stones by one Dr and then two days later got a call from another Dr and he told me there want an urine test for them! Geez get on the correct page! Upon talking to number two dr, it was decided that due to family history, more than likely it was diverticulitis.

The front desk was great and your X-Ray tech but the nurse practitioner wasn’t very friendly and just seemed to just want to push me out of the building. She didn’t have great bed side manner.

I went for a covid test that i made an appointment for and when we got there i called in but i called 6 times and no answer. I finally went in and no one was at the desk until someone just happened to walk by and got someone to come out. She said she would call me but never did. I called back and it was 20 minutes after my appt time and they said they had other people agead of me. There was 1 person in the parking lot and all employees could be seen in the break room. They shouldn't make appts if it is there lunch time and on the door it doesn't say anything about a lunch time. The employees were all nice and all BUT they dont know how to budget time

I had to wait a long time once I got back to the room and they didn't send my results when they came in. I had to call and ask them to post them. But the staff were very nice and professional.
