I went in for a scheduled COVID test
I went in for a scheduled COVID test. Specifically stated that an "assessment would be conducted." The assessment consisted of a temp check and a blood oxygen level test. The nurse who delivered the results questioned why I was getting a test, and not in a nice way Google maps apparently has the address mis-assigned. The office knows this, so why, in all of the literature they inundate you with prior to your appt, do they not bother to mention this? This is a doc in the box, in the worst possible meaning of the phrase. Very formula-matic. You are not a person here, you are a means to get cash for testing. That said, the receptionist was nice, the tech who did the test was fine, though my nose bled for DAYS. I hate going to medical professionals, and avoid it at all costs. Nothing about this visit changed my opinion on that.
