Easy to communicate with staff and schedule appointments. Very nice and helpful- very fast with everything

Quick, safe, efficient. I showed up early, they squeezed me in, and I was in and out in 20 minutes after I called from my vehicle. I tested positive, they walked me through the next steps, what to expect, who to inform that they may have been exposed, and quarantine protocol.

Great staff, super friendly and lovely people! Will keep coming back here just for them.

Online scheduling was so easy and quick. I was able to get in for a COVID test in a very reasonable amount of time. A real person called me less than hour after my test to let me know it was negative. The whole operation was impressive. I’m glad they were there for me. I found the location on the Mecklenberg County website.

Went to the clinic for stitches. Very professional staff. Great job. Super clean place and highly competent staff. Highly recommend.

Always impressed... the provider was so thorough and spent the time to share experiences and suggestions. He was thoughtful in his approach with my daughter and was very reassuring to her that what she was experiencing was not uncommon. This doesn't happen often as providers are so busy to move onto whomever is next but not once did we ever feel rushed.
