My telehealth appointment was canceled because of the reason, and I was able to promptly be seen by Patient First Telehealth for the exact same reason with no issues. A waste of time.

I use to love this place, but the only way my sick son could be seen was agreeing to a COVID19 test. He has asthma, not COVID

Horrible horrible horrible. We went WITH an appointment. Waited for 3 HOURS! Then just left. They charged me my co-pay and I was never even SEEN. I asked for a refund and they refused!!

I was misdiagnosed and told I had a incarcerated hernia and given antibiotics for bug bites. I was then instructed to go straight to the ER for the hernia. I visited primary doctor on Monday and have Shingles and don’t need the antibiotics. What an expensive unnecessary ER visit that would have been.

Felt like no one cared about how much pain I was in I kept saying I was in pain and she replied with yeah you will be in pain fir a while you didn't fracture anything have a great day .

Had a positive COVID-19 test. I was tested Saturday evening. My rapid test was negative on Saturday. Had a another COVID-19 test that was sent out. Called For my results on Wednesday and I was called back and informed my result was positive. No instructions were given and nothing in writing was given to me. No follow up care!!!
