I waited to see the NP Ms. Goodrich, she walked into my room with an attitude. Immediately started to state everything she can't do to help me. I had to make suggestions and informed her of how negative her behavior was. At the end of my visit she apologize for her behavior and stated she was having a long and bad day. This location is not professional as it use to be. Every time you go the xray machine is never working, staff sitting at the back office desk being loud and joking around. No matter what type of day she was having it should never be taken out on the patient. I just came for treatment not to hear her telling me there is nothing she can do without evening trying to help me until she saw I was emotionally up. Want be going back to this location.

To get through to anyone is a nightmare. The staff aren’t very pleasant and you don’t feel welcomed when you step into the building. The only person that was nice was the lady that did my Covid test.

Trying to check in was awful. Many of us older people do not have technical skills that are necessary to check in.

Awful, the medical staff is poorly trained, and they don’t listen to your complaints or test based on symptoms. They don’t practice real medicine and going here you could potentially miss what the true clinical problem is, and jeopardize your health. UPDATE: bettermed responded and say they take this seriously, and will be talking with the site manager. Well I have called 4 times asking for the site manager and the medical director already, neither of which have felt the need to return my calls. I even spoke the the billing manager who said she would ensure I get a return call, that never happened. This was not a bad experience, the staff and medical team put my health in jeopardy by failing to follow simple clinical medicine procedure. I will be taking further action and I do not recommend this medical facility. There are many other places you can go and get the correct standard of care.

I was not given options as to the type of Covid rapid test that was required for travel. The test I was given by BetterMed was not the right one, even though I had indicated that I was traveling. As a result I had to pay another $200 at the airport to get the correct Covid test. The people were really nice but it was $189 wasted.

Great medical staff, but one star for billing. On four occasions I have received the bill 4-5 months after the visit. When I check my insurance there is no record of them submitting anything, so they just charge my CC on file. I had to place limit on my the amount of the transaction to get them to even talk to me and resubmit through my insurance and then months later receive the bill.

TERRIBLE .....coding and billing was completely incorrect. I now have charges on my credit card for services I did not receive. I came for COVID testing ONLY so why do I have hundreds of $ on my credit card from Better Med? And I was charged an additional $12 because I came on a weekend. Wow, what a business you have here ---making patients give you their credit card before being tested. THIS IS WRONG on so many levels. I WILL NEVER USE BETTER MED AGAIN and I will make sure to tell my community about your unethical business practices.

The nurse who took my vitals was very rude.
