Great job
Katie Christopher was excellent from beginning to the end . She ensured when we received our appointment that we understood what would happen and that we should receive our results before we left. The intake nurse and nurse practitioner both again explained and Katie met us as we left to ensure everything went well. Great job to the Better Med team.

Test for Covid
My husband and I went to BetterMed Urgent Care to be tested for Covid. The staff was very professional and answered all questions promptly. We were able to get an appointment the same day.
