Went to this location to avoid having to pay higher cost at ER per insurance instructions. This location advised me to go IMMEDIATELY to ER without performing any routine bloodwork to at least confirm infection. I proceeded to ER only to be released after CT. This in turn leads not only in cost for this facility but also an additional higher cost at ER. Just wish this facility would have done more than just pushing on stomach to diagnose.

I sat in the room way too long waiting foe the doctor or PA to come in to see me. 45 minutes. And had nothing done. No test or anything

Continue to wait to receive right meds I'm not allergic to, hours have already gone by…. still waiting

While my experience with the doctor was great, I was left in an exam room solo for at least 45 minutes, which I find unacceptable.

I had a 10:30 am appointment to get a COVID test and arrived at 9:20 and called the office as instructed while sitting in my car. No one answered for 3 minutes, then I got a quick request to HOLD for a 'short while'. After 7 more minutes on hold, I went inside to inform the staff of my 10:30 appointment and didn't want to lose my place in line. The staff assured me that I would not and told me to go back and sit in my car and they would call me. I sat quietly in my car for 45 minutes and still no call from the office. Then my wife called me and said that the staff was trying to get me on the phone. The person at the desk had transposed my phone number but didn't bother to step outside and contact me as I was parked directly outside the front door. Anyway after two hours I finally was able to get the test done a go home. Very poor service!!!!!!!!!

Staff was great but my husband waited an hour and a half for his appointment and I waited one hour.

Better Med called me 2 days after my evening appointment was skipped over. They squeezed me into Dec 24th. All went well with 2nd visit.

care was good. saw Grace and Leslie, NP. check in was easy, but waited probably 20 minutes after my "appointment time" before I was called in. the facility was clean and they did a good job of keeping patients separate. I was put in a triage room with a computer that had the schedule screen open, allowing me to see about 20+ patients names and info. as a healthcare provider myself, this is a huge HIPAA violation and really unacceptable and very avoidable.
