I visited this location to take a rapid Covid test and seek professional advice. Instead, I encountered a doctor who was unprofessional n her attitude and outright judgmental. She went as far as to question my ethics.

The dr was a very nasty . She was soending alot of time jerking her head at me and telling me how short staff she was which was a business issue not a patient issue . It shouldnt have been taken out on me . She was very nasty and acted as if she didnt like black people . I would like to file a discrimination complaint against her .

The front desk person was rude and ignored me. She was playing on her phone 10 mins before acknowledging me and was extremely unprofessional.

Understaffed and in no hurry. We had to call for 30 minutes before someone answered when we arrived at the location. Then waited for our room. It wasn’t ready until 30 minutes after our appointment time and they weren’t busy.

The room I was put into for my covid test had not been wiped down. There was hair on the bed. I told the receptionist when she put me in the room and she ensured me it had been wiped down. The nurse who gave me my test had to wipe it down. Then the room I was put into to wait in for my results also had not been wiped down.

I would give a zero but I can't. What a bunch of unprofessional people you have there. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE EVER GO THERE. I work for Amazon and everyone there has been told to never go there for any kind of care. I wouldn't take my dog there. Overpromised and under-delivered. I had to go to Patient First to get a doctor to give me a specifically worded note regarding COVID 19 so I could get paid for being off. I called so many times to talk to the nurse that promised me that she would write any note I needed. Bald-faced lie. She never would come to the phone and another nurse hung up on me. What a joke.

American health insurance is a complete rip off. Over $400 for an X-ray? THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.

Billed me for an office visit when all I got was a covid test. Received the response below and the email address is not valid so I still don't have resolution.
