Very efficient and thorough

I visited BetterMed because I wanted to make sure I hadn't broken a bone or hurt anything in a fall I had taken a few days earlier. The staff was very helpful and I have no reason for any negative comments at all.

From quick check in and then directly to the room. Within 5 minutes the doctor came in. Very friendly staff and doctor. Total time was no more than 30 minutes m..... now that’s service!

The staff were so comforting, even during such a scary appointment. They answered all of my questions and made me feel so much more comfortable than I had been coming in.

I was so happy with the care I received at Better Med! My own doctor wouldn’t see me in their office (after just getting over covid and testing negative on the covid antigen test), they would only see me car side even though I was having breathing trouble. The staff at BetterMed was beyond wonderful. I didn’t come face to face with another patient the whole time I was there. I was able to wait in my car and was taken straight back to an exam room. I got to see an actual doctor, was given a chest X-ray, and was given plenty of info on how to take care of myself once I left as well as a timeframe to be rechecked. All staff was kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Thank God this urgent care facility is available to give good medical care to people, especially now during the pandemic when people’s regular physicians are shrugging them off. I think I might just use BetterMed instead of my GP from now on.

This is not my first time to this Better Med facility. Every time I need them, the staff is so professional and so cheery. There is never a long wait to be seen or to receive results of tests. I highly recommend this facility.

Came in to get tested for COVID and team was very professional and caring. Thanks for having a great team.
