I had a rapid Covid test because I was exposed to my mother who passed away from Covid 19 just the day prior. So I could feel safe with my grieving family and friends. I felt I needed a rapid test. You charged me $199. That highway robbery and a disgrace. You people should be ashamed of yourself. Thank you for the test Barry Wolfman

Service was good and the PA was awesome, but I was told it would take 15 minutes after my COVID test and I set there for almost an hour waiting for them to deliver my results.

I waited a significant time to register because person infront of me using the ONE pre registration pad was having issues. Then i waited a bit afterwards to find out you dont offer pre surgery physicals. So 1 hour lost... Hey crack open pocket book add a few more preregistration pads.

Be very careful about the charges after your visit. I was told there might be charges over the emergency room co-pays but it was rare unless they needed emergency x-rays or something like that. Well, couple weeks after my visit I received a notification of an additional charge. Next time will be going to the emergency room instead as this was WAY overpriced for a visit that required 2 stitches.

My appointment was at 2:00 and I was not seen until 2:40

Staff was very nice. My biggest complaint is I finished all meds but was not quite well. The Dr. Said call if necessary and I was informed I needed to return. However I didnot have the 50.00 since I live on disability. So I had to just tuff it out.

Not putting blame completely on BetterMeds my husband tested for COVID on 1/07/21 it came back negative still feeling bad he were treated for sinus the meds & office visited cost us $78.69 that not including any other bills he start having breathing problem real bad he went to the emergency room on 01/10/21 his oxygen level were very low he was then retested for COVID the report came back positive he were hospitalized until 14th not knowing he had the virus on the 7th he infected his wife & daughter his wife visit her parents(80 something year old) & all that came to her sister house she infected at least 6-8 people

I was referred due to COVID. The rapid test was not accurate - I tested negative but got sicker. I did have COVID and tested positive the next week by taking the the longer test. Was told rapid test was 97% accurate. Wrong. Do not take rapid test. It is useless

Though it is possible to receive a negative result that is incorrect (false negative), the timeline in which you get the test is very important to consider too. You might test negative if the sample was collected early during your infection. You could also have been exposed to COVID-19 after your sample was collected.
