My back had gone out and I was in…
My back had gone out and I was in severe pain. I could not stand upright. The staff is always polite and very efficient at taking care of my needs. I just moved to Virginia a little over a year ago. After becoming sick I needed to find a urgent care facility. I did not know anything about BetterMed Urgent Care. However I had seen their building while driving previously. So I put their name in Waze and walked in to be seen. I have been using them ever since.

Wow, This is how Health Care should be!!!!!
Wow, this is the kind of Health Care Provider we have all dreamed and wished for. I LOVE that each and every person I can in contact with was so nice, caring and pleasant, generally happy to be helping and living their job at the same time. Why is this not the norm in this industry???!!! Everyone treated me as if I was their child, so loving and grateful that I was there. Such a welcome change. I am switching to BetterMed for all of my medical needs and I suggest everyone else so the same. Thank you so much and keep up the great customer service!
