If there were zero stars that would be my choice

Took forever just to see a PA and I was the only one in the waiting room. Really not worth the wait, don't think I ever come back.

Got stuck with a high bill and tried to call billing offices countless times over the last 3 months. Nobody ever will answer the phone and doesn’t call back. Still stuck with the high bill and no response.

Staff okay but billing process not good. Now they REQUIRE you to have card on file and THEY decide when to access your account and remove funds. No way! I will not be back.

I was seen for a total of 5 minutes MAX for self diagnosed poison ivy and I was charged $520 luckily I have insurance but still that didn’t cover half. My bill was also incorrect and I had to reach out to find out what was going on with my bill twice. I will never go back and I will never recommend it to anyone. My visit itself cost $369 for me to literally say I have poison ivy and the PA to say stop hugging trees . It’s all about the money and racking up charges rather than healing people anymore. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Even if you show up in a wheelchair with a fractured hip and you are 88 years old, and 2 other young people showed up after you with what appeared to be a routine problem such as a "cough" and they checked in on-line, they are called before you. There was no notification in the registration area that said on-line check-ins are called before people who checked in at the facility. I will never go to a BetterMed Urgent Care again and I will tell all my family and friends to avoid them, too.

They lost my blood and then still charged me for it. I still don’t know if I have Lyme disease. Would NEVER recommend.
