Better Med Urgent Care provided a quick and thorough response to my concerns.

The service was excellent by everyone (staff and doctor). Very professional.

Everyone that helped my was cordial and courteous. The doctor explained everything clearly to me and asked me follow up questions. I was not rushed out, and felt comfortable asking questions.

While on a business trip from Dallas, I came into your Urgent Care one evening around 6:00pm with a piece of debris in my left eye which I was unable to extract after countless eye washes. The Nurse Practitioner who attended to me was Leslie, and I believe her last initial was K. She was very professional and was extremely cautious with the bending of my eye lid and her efforts to locate the debris and the care in which she removed it. She gave the eye a wash with a chemical and scanned it with an ultraviolet light. She stated the eye appeared to have no scratches, provided me with a prescription for antibiotic drops and I was done. BetterMed,.. SHE IS A FABULOUS KEEPER. !!! Highly recommend her care. Service was fast, staff were friendly and it was just to remove staples. Quite a few people in the lobby that day and they go to me quickly.
