The 1st visit was a disaster! The nurse practitioner didn’t know what she was doing! I ended up going to specialist to have a tiny piece of ear wax and paid double!

I got charged $150 some odd dollars to tell me to take NyQuil then came back 3 days later and got a prescription finally after I paid even more money

Nearly cut my toe off with a machete and they wouldn’t even give me a piece of gauze because I left my ID at home. That’s after I sat in the waiting room for 20 some minutes bleeding

I would give zero stars if I could. My husband went in for what was clearly a bad infection stemming from a tooth that was pulled the day before. They sent him home saying nothing was wrong. He ended up in the ICU less than 24 hours later, needing emergency surgery for a sepsis infection. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I would not go back they were very expensive they billed the insurance company much more then the other walk in facilities they also advertise that they do xray which they do not. They were very fast and dismissive with all the other walk ins this is not one I would reccomend or return to

I went into the website the night before my appt and made an appt for 1:30. Showed up to urgent care at 1:00pm. They took me into the room around 1:30 and for 30 minutes I was waiting in the room for the dr to come in. I had to go outside and ask why a dr. had not been in yet to see me. They stated there was 3 patients ahead of me, I stated I made an appt for 1:30 and walk ins shouldn’t have been taken before me. Worst experience is when you’re sick and tired and you make an appointment for a reason and you’re still sitting. Very slow. Will never go to this urgent care again.

Billing is questionable. Very unhappy.

This place has really changed for the worst. Coming here since it was open . And get treated this way I don’t think so. I will never come back sad but it’s not like it matters to you this was made well aware
