My wife and I went in for a same day Covid-19 test and everything went well. The staff and the doctor that saw us were professional and quick.

We had a wonderful experience - Fast and Friendly
We had a wonderful experience. Everyone was fast and friendly. My daughter had several tests done and both Ashley and the young man explained everything well. Our provider was Kendal Cobb who was also friendly and professional. We were in and out for an EKG, COVID and flu tests, UA, and blood work within an hour. Definitely recommend!

Treated Like I Was A Priority
I showed up with back pain and limited mobility. The staff was attentive and the Doctor made me feel like I was a priority for him. I didn't feel rushed and he took the time necessary to hear me out and come up with a treatment plan. I highly recommend BetterMed for urgent care needs. It's like having a neighborhood doctor just down the street.
