You totally misdiagnosed me, saying I had sciatica when the lump in my hip was caused by a fistula. $163 & a course of prednizone for NOTHING! Now, thx to this, I'm having surgery that could have been done weeks ago. This is causing me to lose more money because I have to cancel a trip to California. If I could give you a negative rating I would. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I called first to ask if my insurance was accepted, so after finding out it was I went. I walked in and no one acknowledged me, the girls behind the counter were making plans I assume for a snack or lunch, they were exchanging money. Then I was told to sign in on the keypad. After doing that I waited for the receptionist to take of the other customer. Then she called for the person by last name only, no big deal being that I was the only one, but in my opinion not professional. Then after I sat down she gave me paperwork to feel out, then asks for a debit or credit card. I was shocked!! I had been there many times before and I never had been ask for that. Not even my co-pay. I was always billed and always paid. So I told her no way was I going to give them that. So I left. How can a emergency medical company do this. It could easily wipeout someone’s money without them knowing until it was to late.

BetterMed In Ashland is one of the worse... If I could give them a negative 1 Rating I would...First of all how do you employ front desk people who don't even have Customer Service Skills and don't have any professional decorum about who the represent. Ghetto AS Hell...Know it's a private help company because the can higher anyone off the damn streets to be a receptionist or CMA...Whatever school they attended to become certified, they need to ask for a Full Refund...I would be afraid to have them register me at any hospital or urgent clinic...

The nurse who did the swab test to check if I had the flu did it incorrectly, which caused a severe damage in the nasal area resulting in nasal bleeds. I had a $550 bill from the hospital and a $750 bill from having to go to the ear nose and throat specialist to have the sore in my nose cauterized in order to make it heal. I will never go here again for my urgent care needs.

Went in with the flu or strep or both. They did 3 test and they all came back negative but the doctor said they’re only 50% accurate so you probably do have it. Then charged me for all 3. Why are you a business making money off of people who have the flu and strep and only have a test that’s 50% accurate. That’s ridiculous. So just throw the drugs at everyone that walks in and don’t do the test if that’s the case. Would have saved me a lot of money if you would have done that.
