Very efficient staff.

Every time I'm suddenly incredibly sick, I go to BetterMed Urgent Care. You sign yourself in at the kiosk and then wait in the main room, which has a TV, plenty of seating, and a little Keurig station (which really helps when my throat is raw from sinus drainage and I feel like I'm on death's door). The employees, who are usually very kind and caring at the divided consultation desks, walk you through the paperwork and payment process, and then generally immediately bring you back to the exam room, where you wait to be seen by a doctor. They're usually fairly quick unless it's busy, and the doctors, although sometimes brief are also nice. The overall environment is very comforting while handling whatever illness ales me at the time, which I always appreciate. There's nothing like patience and kindness while experiencing extreme discomfort, which I can't say I consistently received anywhere else as a walk-in patient.

Not only was the front desk girl sweet and polite, & more, but the Physician was just as nice, he was very thorough. He took a lot of time with me (not trying to rush me out). I don’t like to see any doctor, aside of my PCP of almost 30 yrs., but I had no choice! I had to go to an emergency facility, and boy am I glad I chose this place. So, if ever I’m in a similar position, THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE ID GO! Side note: a few mths ago, I went with my bestie to another similar place for her daughter (you probably know which facility), and they were TERRIBLE!! From the nurses, to the physician (and I use that term lightly regarding him). It’s sad when you question a Drs credentials cause you know more than he does. 🤦🏻‍♀️ So I was nervous about going to another similar place, BUT, again, I was SO glad that I made the RIGHT choice going here. I can’t say enough about this facility. AND, they even called to check on me the next day!! WOW!!

Staff professional, time before seeing the doctor reasonable, and diagnose fairly quick. The doctor gives you their concern and follow up with your own GP the beginning of the week, if it’s been over a weekend. I have gone there a few times and always very satisfied .

Excellent service, knowledgeable people and so much easier than going to the ER.
