We like BetterMed because they get us…
We like BetterMed because they get us in and out quickly. The reason for only 4 stars is because they don't accept CareCredit nor the medicaid insurance. Other than that I like it there. Maybe in the future BetterMed will consider these options.

In & out quickly...BUT...
In & out quickly...BUT... I felt like the provider I saw was belittling me for waiting to come in 3 days after my symptoms started. I explained to him that I had been at work and it was my only day off for the week. I was unable to get to an appointment at my PCP so I chose to come to urgent care. I felt like the provider didn't care.

I have only used Better Med twice
I have only used Better Med twice. Both times we were seen quickly. They took care of the problem with only one visit. They are a little expensive, but you are paying for the convenience.
