Amazing experience! I will definitely be coming back!

Have been there twice. First time we were on house hunting trip to Richmond and had kidney stone. BetterMed did some initial testing, gave me a painkiller, recommended a nearby hospital and called ahead to let them know I was on my way. Second time was a few weeks ago when I just had a cold. Both times had excellent service and care.

Excellent. Friendly. Fast.

Super fast efficient service, polite staff, never have to wait more than 15 minutes. My go-to urgent care facility.

The office was clean, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The doctor took the time to explain everything and write down all the instructions we needed.

I called Thanksgiving Day. Dr. Rivera spoke with me at that time. I arranged to come in the next day, late morning. Arrived, registered-(processing was quick and easy).Dr. Rivera quickly addressed my condition with procedure and treatment, provided thorough consultation and guidance and soon after, thanks to the efforts of Dr. Rivera and his assistant I was feeling better and out the door, on my way. The very best facility, care and treatment I have experienced in a walk in medical treatment center EVER. Thanks.

I took my daughter to The Regency Square location on Friday after Thanksgiving- having never been before we checked in online. We were immediately greeted and had all of the paperwork signed within 10-15 minutes. The faculty was extremely clean and new, the staff extremely knowledgeable and sympathetic to my daughters needs. We met with Brittney Walls within minutes. She quickly diagnosed my daughters symptoms and a treatment plan. Some medication was provided on premises and we were well on our way knowing we were on the road to recovery. I no longer need to wait hours at the Patient First on Parham..

What a nice experience when I felt so sick I didn't want to wait in a hospital emergency room. Of course it's Sunday and the Primary Care isn't open. Well I walked right in for a first time visit. The check in was EASY. I was seen fast and was out of there fast. Hey much faster than my primary care.
