Everything about my visit was great! The waiting room is very pleasant and modern. I didn't have to wait very long to be seen, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

First time there—paperwork process was fast and everyone was really kind. I was there maybe 20 minutes total, so I didn’t have to wait long at all—I did go at an off peak time though. Also, very clean which is a huge bonus. All in all, my experience was great and I’ll go back when necessary as it’s close to home and I liked it there.

Very quick and thorough, docs are very nice and actually listen to what you tell them.

I've been to BetterMed Ashland many times over the past five years and each time I am struck by the exemplary service and care. They are always on their game -- friendly, efficient and effective. Could not ask for better.

I was called soon after I signed in and the girls patiently checked me in. I was with a provider soon after that and he was wonderful. I couldnt find docs by name on your website to acknowledge him directly. He listened to me and diagnosed me and fixed my problem. THEN ... TWICE after that I was called by Better Med to follow up on my care. Exceptional. Thank you Better Med.. God Bless.
