Easy checkin, comfortable waiting area, nice staff, easy payment options. Only thing I would have liked was a printout on how to care of wounds at home.

The care received was above expectations. The only weakness was the billing. I couldn't get the claim reimbursed from my FSA because I didn't get a detailed bill.

Everything is usually pretty good. Just do not like that they want a cc on file.

Wait was short (much shorter than my actual doctor has been) although I was there on a weekday morning. The facility is very nice and clean. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the doctor made a conclusion that felt half-hearted after what felt like only a "quick skim" of my issue.

Great care, see you fast. Nurses were nice. Front desk folks could be friendlier.

Exceptional medical care. No long wait time, friendly staff and a Nurse Practitioner who was on the ball. Recognized immediately what my problem was. I had been told twice before by my Drs medical facility that it was just allergies. No be one reads s chart anymore but this NP did. Gone are the days where your MD knows you, your medical history an how to treat you. I drove 60 miles be when my own facility couldn't see me and would gladly do drive it again. Only 4 stars, however, for expense of visit. Thanks for your on-the-ball care!
