The cost was way too much!! Ridiculous!!

We were told my daughters thumb was probably just sprained and she should wear it in a brace for about three days. After a week we went to see an orthopedic. She had torn the ligaments completely and needed surgery. I usually have good service but wasn’t able to take her this day. My brother brought her and I don’t know who this woman was who saw her but am obviously disappointed. Even I knew three days was ridiculous

I was only in there for 5 mins. The NP prescribed me pneumonia meds for a sinus infection and I ended up in the ER 2 days later due to the meds making me even sicker. A huge waste of money for my copay and ended up costing $2000 by the time in was all over. I’ll never set foot in one again.

Pregnant Nurse at the Harborpointe location there was very nasty & made my child uncomfortable.

My insure was billed incorrectly and Better Med knew there was an error on their end. Bet tr er Med continued to take $500 out of my checking account.

They over charge your insurance. They billed a 15 minute visit as 45 minutes. I was in the office less than 30 minutes start to finish. I left many messages for the billing manager she never returned my calls.

Rude people at check-in and a horrendous misdiagnosis. Which cost me hundreds of dollars in wrong prescriptions that could have been life threatening because my son did not have the medical problem the PA diagnosed him with and a bill for the visit. Bad, bad, bad. Will never be back.

Terrible I will never return. I had bronchitis. I could barely breathe when I came in. I received a breathing treatment and a prescription for steroids, antibiotics, and an inhaler. I was given a 2 day note. I asked for an extra day because I was really sick. Coughing and no sleep. They refused. I will never be a patient here again and I will tell everyone I know to never use this place.
