I went in for a drug screening on a Saturday morning, and when I arrived they said it would "only be a few minutes wait." It turned out to be over an hour. Once I was called back the NP was great and I was out in less than five minutes.

There facility is clean and the people are courteous. But they are just going to take your money and tell you you have to go to the ER.

I was the last patient of the day.... I was happy to get in to get my Covid 19 Rapid Test. But it was evident they wanted to go home. Did not take my weight or height.... asked me instead. Took a poor blood pressure reading due to not having me take my arm out of a top that was too tight! Explained the high reading to me as due to my clothing BUT did not want to take a second accurate reading. Would not go back there....

Very pleased with intake and professionalism with the staff. However, it’s been 2 weeks without any communications about my covid test results. I have called back multiple times. No one answers and the voicemail box for the “test result” line per their menu options has been full. I’m assuming I’m covid negative but have yet to find anyone to confirm this.

The registrar was friendly and tried to be helpful. I was charged $50.00 to be told, by the NP that I needed to go to the emergency room. No test run, equipment used, and visit was about 3 mins. I would greatly like a refund for sending me on.
