Why not just tell us? I was left sitting in an exam room for over an hour. When I got up to leave without being seen as I was sick of sitting there in a room by myself I was told it was only one medical practitioner seeing everybody in the building. Why not just tell patients when they come in that there may be a wait longer than expected? Just be upfront and honest.If a patient chooses to wait then at least they know what they’re waiting for.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in a healthcare facility. The nurse practitioner (Carrie Goodrich) was terrible. She was trying to convince me that I had the symptoms of COVID-19. She harassed me for 5-7 minutes about the symptoms. She was fully aware of the fact that I am a registered nurse manager that opened the COVID ICU unit in my hospital. Also that I later ran the surveillance clinic that screen all patients for COVID coming into my hospital too. I did not have a fever, I had not been around anyone with symptoms, nor had I been out of the country, etc. Only my nasal passages were sore due to allergies from visiting the botanical garden the previous weekend of which I wore my mask the entire time I was walking the trails. She knew all of this and she continued to act like an uneducated dipstick. After all of this, she had the audacity to bring me a liquid medication in a pill cup that I had no idea what it was because she did not prepare it in my presence, nor did she bring the container to the exam room I was in. She brought this medication in her bare unwashed hands. I refused the medication. After all this, she began trying to convince me again that I might have COVID. I said I was leaving. Then she started grandstanding by opening the door to the exam room speaking loudly to the staff at the nurses' station saying, "I don't have to put up with this maybe you can speak with our psych nurse." I told her maybe she should see the psych nurse and that she is a poor representation of a nurse. As I was leaving, I told her if she was really concerned about COVID she would wear her mask at all times. When I was taken to the exam room at 10:47 AM, I saw everyone in the nurses' station was being compliant with their company policy by wearing their mask on properly except her. She had her mask pulled down under her chin. She has control issues and she thinks she is a know-it-all. She should be suspended without pay for 2-4 weeks for her poor actions. I called the corporate office and complained. I do not know if any real actions were taken. I would not encourage anyone to use the services of that location as long as Carrie Goodrich is there, she is terrible.

Didn't appreciate the fact I spent money on a Rx that I was told to stop taking on the 2nd day. Then try to use portal to get results and portal is under my son's name who has never been to BetterMed

Apparently there was only one provider working both sides of the building, but they failed to mention this while taking my vitals. I waited for about 2 hours with no contact and wondered if they had forgotten I was even there.

Told me fibula was fractured sent me to orthopedic and they tell me there is nothing wrong.

Was there for what I thought was a bladder infection. Everything was fine but then got a phone call the next day saying somehow my sample had been thrown away before it could be sent to lab core. Was disappointed that they were not able to follow threw with their care.

TLDR: (assuming this review isn't deleted...) Don't get tested here. There must be places with a better process. It's very expensive and I feel lucky I didn't get the virus while waiting for a long duration in a small room where others were waiting to get tested previously when there's no reason they couldn't administer the test through my car window. I was given no heads up that I should wait in my car to be called into the clinic until I was inside. I was given no indication of the price until after I had my first test. I was in a small room for nearly an hour where, I would have to assume, other people had been for a similar amount of time that likely had the virus since they were getting tested. I was told I would receive my test results within 48 hours for my second test after the rapid test. Also, I was told I should get the second test as the first wasn't considered as accurate. I received the results for the more accurate test one week later, which was pointless information at that point as I had already been symptom free for the recommended amount of time. This was a complete waste of time and money while also being the most likely situation for my contracting the virus since the start of it's spread here in the US . Why they don't test people from their cars is beyond my understanding. It is almost like they want their customers to contract the virus by not using common sense that even someone with a passing understanding of the virus and it's most likely vector of spreading to a new host would apply. On the positive side, staff were nice. It isn't their fault, it's the fault of whoever designed the process. I wouldn't trust the process designer here to take my laundry out of the washer and put it in the dryer because I might find my laundry in the trash instead.
