TOOK LONGER TO GET THE SCRIPTS FILLED @ THE PHARMACY THAN IT DID IN THE DR. OFFICE. I FELT BETTER IN A COUPLE DAYS. SO LONG PCP.

I received quick and professional attention at BetterMed Urgent care. The facility was clean and medical staff were experienced and considerate. I will definitely use them again and have recommended them to my neighbors and coworkers.

The check in process was easy and we got helped right away. The check in staff was knowledgable and helpful with insurance questions. The nurse and PA listened and reacted quickly and proficiently. The PA was honest about situation and didnt do excessive testing.

Very pleasant staff which goes a long way when your sick. They don't guess what is wrong they treat with experience! I recommend to everyone!

My experiences at BetterMed have been fantastic. No long waits, doctors & nurses are quick and efficient. Very professional and listen to your concerns as well as make sure they have your medical history. I highly recommend BetterMed. I am not one to run to the doctor for just the sniffles, when I go there is a problem, and they have always addressed them promptly without making me feel stupid for going to the doctor.
