Came in at 7 pm and felt rushed as they close at 8 pm. Not that many clients in the office at the time .

Great staff, online checkin made no difference
The staff were great! I checked in online but it didn’t seem to make much of a difference on going back sooner.

I love the care I receive when I go to…
I love the care I receive when I go to BetterMed. However, I don't like the new policy of having to have a credit card number on file for charges my insurance didn't cover. I would rather be billed by BetterMed than having them automatically charge my credit card

Excellent! My go to for medical care
Great people and great service. Quick & Easy! Only wish that they had all of my records not just the last time I was seen. I have been going there for years for everything from bronchitis, tick bites and tetanus shot. Great for working people who are not able to get to their regular doctor.
