The staff was very kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I have needed Better Med a few times and on a scale of 1 to 10 in my opinion they are a 10.

The staff was friendly, courteous and seemed to care about their patients. I will definitely return if needed in the future. I will also recommend to friends and colleagues.

Fast service. I was in and out of there quickly I liked the honesty in the care provider that an xray probably wouldn't benefit much..it was probably just a muscle strain that I had. Only bad thing was it was really hot in the examination room and I thought I was going to pass out from it being so hot!

My experience with BetterMed was excellent. It seems that them do every thing right. You are taken to a room soon after you get there. The waiting is not bad. The Nurse Practitioner even called me to let me know that my culture was clear. I would recommend BeterMed to anyone.

Better Med Urgent Care did a outstanding job the evening that I had a dog bite (hit by friendly fire). Care was the best as well as explaining needed follow up care.
