This was my first visit and the first one called back to see the NP

I have been here twice in the past six months. This office is new clean😎and efficient. Both times, i have called, made an appointment and arrived at my scheduled time. The nurse brings me back,,, takes my temperature and vitals, talks to me and asked questions that are appropriate and neceassary for the doctor to come in and determine my needs. I have not been in there for more than 45 minutes either time. I would rate this place as excellent.

The service was great. No waiting time. Dr. had a very good bedside manner and listened to my complaints or rather my ailments. Made a very good diagnosis and gave me a prescription that had my infection cleared up in 5 days. I was very impressed with the facility and will tell others about it

Excellent service!!! That is why I returned when I had another medical problem. As always, and as I have come to expect, the service was swift and friendly and accurate. (Company name really does say it all)!

My experience at BetterMed Urgent Care was excellent. All of the staff were friendly and courteous, and were efficient in getting me back to a room and seen by a provider very quickly. The provider was very thorough and listened to my concerns and explanation of symptoms.

Great urgent care. Ken was great, I was seen right away, very clean & little paperwork to fill out. Could not have been better. I have referred my friends to Better Med.

I was in and out quick. One the best experiences with urgent care I've ever had. Keep up the great work!
