I think most all the time you all are great. This particular trip the doctor lacked some bed side manner but other than that it was good.

I loved Bettermed but have not been back since they changed the policy of keeping a credit card on file to automatically charge within a few days. Working in the medical field myself I know there are billing issues alot and I do not feel there is enough time to handle discrepancies before you would be charged. It is a nightmare trying to get reimbursed. Other than this one issue I have been multiple times with myself and my children for issues ranging from the flu, sinus infections to broken bones and have always had a great experience. I love the hours since I also work in a doctor office and I never have to take off for sick appointments

The service was ok, very fast attention. however, The Dr diagnostics, pneumonic, and she did not prescribe Amoxicillin. Instead she prescribe some that upset the gastritis, create more pain in stomago. But the cough and the body pain was worse.
