Everything was great, physician’s assistant, nurses, etc. The only reason for a 4 instead of 5 is that I went in with a cane (on a broken leg) and was asked to stand waiting and then asked to come to the desk. I thought the person could have been more accommodating, maybe offered to come to me or speak from where I was. There were no others in the editing room.

The service and Care is great than they really give you their attention, when they can. Even if there aren't a lot of people in the office it takes at least an hour for them to actually see you. And also the last two times I had to get my prescription filled out they sent it to the wrong state.

I was in and out of the facility within 30 minutes. Everyone was extremely nice as well.

Wait times are crazy..... Not so much from waiting in the lobby, but more so when you are back in the rooms.
