The PA had horrible bedside manner.

The receptionist was rude and totally obnoxious. I won’t be back.

I paid Double of a normal copay and was incorrectly diagnosed. Frustrating I didn’t see a doctor I filled three prescriptions and didn’t need any of it, Spent another copay a week later from patient first to figure out what actually was wrong.

You guys suck! I am not sure why you cannot bill insurance right, in my account it says that I have to pay an $80 dollar copay with double insurance ? How is that right? How can you even figure that? If you have double insurance you do not just add the two copays together and that’s what you pay! Get it together! I will not be using you all at all anymore, I rather wait 4 hours to be seen somewhere else to not have to pay anything with double insurance.

Are there any doctors at this place or are they all nurse practitioners

The PA I worked with didn’t really care about me or the illness. She took my copay and recommended me to go to an ER. Funny thing is.....I didn’t go and felt better two days later. They’ll take your CoPay and turn the shoulder. I never ever write reviews but I thought this one deserved it.

Normally I have no problems with BetterMed, but the past 2 encounters we've had with one specific provider both times landed us with incorrect diagnosis....the last one nearly cost my son his life due to not wanting to xray his chest, even after I asked for one....instead just sent us on our way with a nebulizer. Ended up in the ER with severe pneumonia leading to both lungs collapsing and causing multiple other problems. Again it's just one provider that seems VERY nonchalant about her work and not thorough whatsoever.

Charges are too high from what was shown in the brochure. You should give proper and honest information to patients before providing them service.
