Nearly no wait time. Everyone was friendly. Nice experience.

I came in with a minor health concern (eye infection). The provider who was treating me still took the time to listen to my concern and diagnosed it. The medicine he gave me is working and helping with my eye.

Going for the first time was fast and easy. I just set up the appointment online, and received a text reminder ahead of the appointment. Once there the paperwork part was fairly straightforward and easy to understand and I was taken back fairly quickly. Staff was super friendly and even called me a few days later to check on my symptoms and walk through my concerns with the prescription. Overall a great experience.

Your care was very prompt and efficient, but you had no choice but to send me on to the hospital. It is reassuring to know you are nearby.

On Christmas Day, there was a full staff on with positive attitudes who quickly noted my problem and quickly worked to find a treatment plan. The attending NP was knowledgeable and prescribed appropriate medications. A few days later the team followed up and was informative on how to keep my specialists up t dae.
