Best experience I've ever had at any doctor's office!! I went here for the first time because other urgent care places had from an hour to three hour waits and this place had none... which at first made me wonder why but after going there I was so happy I had gone!! Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, caring and efficient. The site was very clean, beautiful interior, offered snacks and drinks... felt like I was in a spa instead of a doctor's office. Doctor was very kind, caring, listened to all I had to say and went above and beyond to help me with all of my issues. Even got follow up calls with test results quickly. I will go there for everything from now on. A truly amazing experience!

I have never had to wait long to be seen. Everyone is very nice and helpful. While it is pricey to be seen, I much prefer Better Med over Patient First. It just feels nicer, cleaner, and more personable.

The wait was not too long. The doctor was very attentive and asked good questions about the problem I was having. She provided a good explanation about the diagnosis and prescribed the right treatment. This is how all dr visits should be.
