Got it done.
Tried to give me a vision test when I came in for pink eye... results not very accurate. Nice people though. Doc had to go back and forth between three patients, so there was a lot of waiting after being admitted.

The staff was efficient friendly and…
The staff was efficient friendly and helpful. The doctor or practitioner was very professional and quite helpful. I had severe pain from an episode of shingles which lasted several weeks. The medication offered was very helpful. It would have been nice to have received a prescription to help a little better with the pain. I understand doctors are reluctant these days.

Great place to go without dealing with the emergency room
We've used BetterMed multiple times for different problems. Always recommend them to family and friends. Haven't had a bad experience yet.

The doctors and nurses were very efficient and knowledgeable. Everyone was very helpful. I was seen without a long wait!

Even though I had a fever for 4 days…
Even though I had a fever for 4 days with congestion I was not given a antibiotic. I called back 2 days later and was given one. Staff was very nice.
