Over-charged my credit card for patient visit by 155.00. Had to call Cigna and BetterMed to get it fixed.

I was misdiagnosed and given power medication that I should have NEVER been prescribed. I also had to call them continuously to get my lab reports and was often made to feel as though I was bothering them when I did. I DO NOT recommend them!!!

Horrible.. Doctors were more interested in what they were eating for lunch instead of patients. I literally had to walk out of my room after an hour waiting for a 10 min flu test to let them know I was still present in the office! Then she printed off some sheets handed them to me and went on her way.. She was literally shopping on the computer I was the only person in the facility.. will never return and PLEASE do not take young children here go see a real doctor!

We went to visit doctor but doctor was not present. Nurse practitioner saw my daughter. We’re very disappointed.

This is the fourth time we've been here. All experiences have been great except for this last one. My wife took my son who had the flu. The lady overcharged our copay by $10. It should have been $25 and not $35. My wife wasn't sure of the copay herself so when I went to the office, they confirmed they overcharged but gave me a Richmond number to call to get the $10 refund. I call the Richmond number over and over and there's no answer. And the requirement to keep a credit card on file is intrusive and makes me feel uneasy. It's as if Better Med has access to withdraw whatever funds they want up to $500 without my consent. We won't be returning. Bettermed owes me $10 and this is too much of a hassle.

I’ve called three times regarding a bill discrepancy and have received no call back.

Horrible experience. Went in to get a prescription refill I needed because I had to leave town and couldn’t get into PCP in time. Was told in a condescending manner that this is an emergency clinic. Wouldn’t give me a refill for my blood pressure meds and so I left. I went to Patient First and got a refill. Thank you Trust Pilot for reminding me to review this place.
