This is how patient-practitioner interaction should be
(location: Richmond West End - Parham near Quioccasin) Practitioner interaction was empathetic, reassuring, and informative -- they explained all procedures and impact on my health in detail. Office staff was efficient and courteous. This is how I always imaged the patient-practitioner relationship should be! Thank you!

BetterMed was fantastic
BetterMed was fantastic. Check-in was easy and fast. Nurses and doctor were knowledgeable, patient and understanding. Our visit was exactly what we needed and we were home in no time with a diagnosis, Rx and tips to feel better fast. Will definitely use BetterMed in the future and will refer friends and family without hesitation.
