Does not except the care credit card

A waste of my time and money didn’t want to give me meds I was on so much pain I’ll never got here again

When I went to better Med Urgent Care they really didn't do anything but check my breathing and send me on my way. I found out I had the flu. And they charged me 280 something dollars of which I had to pay 120 so no I will never go to better Med again.

My child was misdiagnosed. I was told my child had a virus, and I was sent home with cough syrup on a Wednesday. I was told to follow up with my pediatrician on Monday. I followed up with the pediatrician the next day. My pediatrician listened to him and said he sounded like he had pneumonia. She had her diagnosis confirmed with a chest Xray. My child was extremely sick, and the BetterMed Dr totally missed it. My biggest problem with the experience was that the BetterMed doctor did not come back into the room after the results of his flu and strep test came back negative. I told her that my child's temperature had reached 103 that morning, and she didn't care enough to come in herself and give me instructions or some type of action plan for how to get him better. She sent a tech into the room to give me paperwork, and sent me on my way.

I was told I had a staph infection without being tested. Prescribed antibiotics,steroids, steroid cream and probiotics. Saw a dermatologist 2 days later. No staph. It was an allergic reaction. Expensive mistake. Will not return.

Staff refused to see without providing my social sec number. I have great insurance and offer to pay my bill in full. It’s only about the money to Better Med. NOT the health of their patients. I rated them a one but it should be a ZERO

The receptionist was unprofessional, the bourse must’ve been having a bad day. The doctor I saw was unprofessional with her choice of words.

waited a long time while others were seen first. son given tamaflu which we paid a ridiculous amount for at the pharmacy, only to have it make him sick (throw up). His primary care doc said its a waste, makes most kids sick and doesn't help them get any better. and the visit cost a lot more than I thought it would.
