staff was superb! But!!!! the assistant put incorrect info in for my meds. the number one thing you DON’T do!

Service was great! Little wait time. Only bad spot was I was given a form to sign stating that I was given information about medical directive and HIPPA...which I did not receive because they did not have any "updated" material. Evidently few people noticed the same thing.

The in office care is generally very good. I do have issues with their charges however. They seem to be very high and, since they make you leave a credit card on file with them, they don't seem to see a need to show a statement. I haven't seen anything showing how much was charged overall, how much the insurance paid or anything. My deductible had been met long before I went here for any treatment, so my insurance should have paid almost everything and yet I had 2 very high charges to my credit card. What's also strange is the charges were almost identical. Since they don't let you see any of the billing, etc, I have no idea what these charges were for.

I had a very good experience at better med. I checked in, didn’t have to wait long. Right after I was checked in I was raked back to a room. The nurse was very nice, the doctor was wonderful.

Quick diagnosis and recommendation. Very welcoming and efficient.
