We arrived with my 3 month old daughter. The receptionist checked us in, took our copay, and then we proceeded to wait. We then proceeded to wait back in a room. Eventually, the nurse came in and belittled us by telling us we were only there because we are first time parents, despite the fact that we were in because she hadn't kept anything down in more than 2 days. Shortly after, the doctor came in and told us that BetterMed was "not equipped or trained to deal with a 3 month old." DIRECT QUOTE. The only reason we brought her there was because the website said they treat babies of all ages. Would not recommend AT ALL. If my daughter was too young, they shouldn't have checked us in and shouldn't have taken our money.

I have been here since 930 this morning. I didn't get called to the back until 1145. Its 1:17 & I'm still waiting for the doctor to see me. I understand its cold & flu season but this is ridiculous. At least acknowledge the fact that I'm still here & someone is coming. I really think they forgot about me. Never will I come here again. If I didn't feel so bad I would've just left! Poor service!!!!!

No help whatsoever still sick they did absolutely nothing but changed me $200 to say there’s nothing we can do to help you I would rather go to patient first ad lease I would get answers

Bad and dirty not good clinic don't go waste of money and insurance.

went in there for a few sinus issues, flu like symptoms and for severe ear pain and muffled hearing. Dr. laughed the ear pain off and said nothing was wrong with me and did not look into it any further. turns out i had a really bad ear infection that got worse since it was untreated the first time. AND they billed me $160 for NOTHING. thanks.

I went to Bettermed because I was having severe pain. The NP asked me a few questions and listened to my lungs and heart. Then said she couldn't help me and sent me to the ER. Turns out I had a kidney infection. Of course, Bettermed was more than happy to send me a bill for $170 for services rendered. Not sure what those services were exactly.

Staff was not very friendly, which is especially important when you have a sick child. They also refuse to see you unless you authorize them to charge your credit card some unknown amount in the future once they determine what you owe in addition to you what you paid upfront. Finally, I was very disappointed to learn they don’t staff physicians on site. Had I known that, I would not have gone.
